He is often regarded as one of the most successful composers in Hollywood of the 21st century. For his work in music, film and television, he has won numerous accolades, including three Academy Awards, two British Academy Film Awards, two Critics' Choice Awards, two Emmy Awards, two Golden Globe Awards and six Grammy Awards.
