AI generated content & accuracy

Responses generated by the assistant may contain mistakes, outdated data, or interpretations that do not reflect reality. Memovee does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any output. Evaluate the information independently before taking action.

Account, credits & refunds

Purchases of credits or subscriptions are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Credits expire one year after purchase and unused credits will not be reinstated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity occurring under it.

Appropriate use

You agree not to use Memovee to generate illegal, abusive, infringing, or harmful content; to probe or reverse engineer the service; or to interfere with other users. We may suspend or terminate access for violations without prior notice.

Privacy & data

We process prompts, responses, and account data to deliver and improve the product. Do not submit confidential or personal information you do not want processed by AI models. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is stored and shared.

Support & communication

Support is provided through our Discord community and by email. We will make reasonable efforts to respond, but support is offered on a best-effort basis and response times are not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

Memovee, its owners, and partners are not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. When we make material changes to these terms we will post the updated version with a revised date. Continued use following changes signifies acceptance.
