Seiji Arihara (有原誠治, Arihara Seiji, born in 1948) is a Japanese anime director, storyboarder, screenwriter and former animator. He was born in Akita prefecture. After working at Shin-Ei Animation, he moved to Mushi Production where he stayed for a long time until he left.
