Anyi Wang - Overview

Wang Anyi, a contemporary Chinese writer, is currently the vice chairman of the Chinese Writers Association and a professor of the Chinese Department of Fudan University. After the end of the Cultural Revolution, he is regarded as a representative writer of literary creation types such as "Educated Youth Literature" and "Root-seeking Literature" that have prevailed in the Chinese literary world since the mid-1980s.
