Deja Riley - Overview

Deja Riley is a former professional dancer, fitness expert, and wellness advocate. She started dancing at age three, training in ballet, jazz, and other styles, and began competing at 12. At 19, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue dance professionally, working with artists like Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, and Britney Spears. After a decade, she transitioned to fitness, becoming a group trainer at a boxing gym and studying to be a certified personal trainer.
