Margaret Perry
Margaret Perry (1905-1998) was a Canadian filmmaker and projectionist. Perry worked with John Grierson at the newly formed National Film Board in the early 1940s, and after moving to Nova Scotia in 1945, would go on to make more than 50 films for the Nova Scotia Film Bureau between 1945-1969. The films were used to promote Nova Scotia as a tourism destination, as well as a place for industrial development.
