Haruki Saito - Crew

Haruki Saito (斎藤 晴輝, Saitou Haruki) is an animator and background artist from Yamagata Prefecture, Japan. He is also experienced in other aspects of animation production, such as painting, and is the chief of the production section of GK Sales' animation division.
