Kate Hackett
Kate Hackett, ACE, is an Emmy-winning film editor based in Los Angeles, specializing in both documentary and narrative films. She has edited notable projects such as the Netflix series Cheer and Last Chance U, as well as the A24 documentary Open Wide. Her most recent work includes editing the documentary SALLY for National Geographic, directed by Cristina Costantini, which follows the life of astronaut Dr. Sally Ride and is set to premiere at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival.
