Sofia Leão (Rio de Janeiro, 1998) is a photographer and documentary filmmaker. In 2024, she made her directorial debut with the experimental short Película (co-directed with Brenda Barbosa). Her latest work, Film Copacabana, marks her first solo direction and was produced as her graduation project in Audiovisual Studies at UFRJ, in December 2024.
