Dr. Moises Orengo-Aviles is a graduate of Brown University at Providence, Rhode Island, where he earned his doctoral degree in physics. He holds the rank of professor of physics at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez. Orengo-Aviles was born in Yauco, Puerto Rico, he is the son of Diego Orengo-Torres and Delfina Aviles-Galarza (qepd) and the penultimate of 12 siblings.
