Mayu lives with her husband, an office worker, and her father-in-law, who has dementia. Ikushima, who lives in the apartment across the street, can't get up and is living a day-to-day life. One day, Ikushima finds a beautiful married woman (Mayu) who throws an old fan in the trash. He took the fan back to his room, repaired it, and started using it.
