An ex-cop with a desperate vengeance. a handsome stranger with a deadly past. It all seemed too good to be true. Hallie quit the police force after her partner and lover was killed in a bust that went horribly wrong. She's lonely, but she is not looking for his replacement until she meets Jack and he turns her life upside down. For the first time in three years she has found somebody she can trust... and love. That is until she sees him with another woman, and another, and another who turns up dead.
